Rick has been a Realtor for over 20 years, and the former managing broker/owner of Landmark Realty & Development for over 15 years. Prior to his real estate career Rick was a vocal music teacher, but the Black Hills called! He and his wife, Vicki, decided to pick up and move to Spearfish in 1994 and join the family Real Estate business. Rick and Vicki have loved raising their four children here and can't think of a better place to live!
Rick has been active in the local Board of Realtors, and is a past board president and Realtor of the Year. He has also served on the boards of the Realtors for Kids, South Dakota Association of Realtors, Black Hills Christian Academy, Spearfish Leadercast, and Hope Ranch. Music is still important to Rick and he uses his talents on the worship team at Countryside Church.

Doug Hoff is a lifetime South Dakota resident. He has been a rancher for most of his life having owned and operated Hoff's Scotch Cap Angus Ranch near Bison, SD. One of his noteworthy accomplishments was earning the United States Livestock Industry Man of the Year.

Jim has been a realtor with close to two decades worth of experience, and a resident of Spearfish for almost forty years. He was raised on a ranch near Faith, SD and was a veterinarian in his first profession. His last 26 years in practice found him serving the people of Spearfish. In 1999 Jim sold his practice to pursue a career in real estate and land development.
Jim, and his companies, have created two subdivisions in Spearfish ("The Woodlands" and "Countryside") both of which are planning for expansion in the near future. Jim has served on the Faith, SD bank board, the Spearfish School Board, Young Life, and is a past president of the Mount Rushmore Area Association of Realtors.
Jim and his wife Carol have been blessed to have been able to raise two boys and two girls in the Spearfish Area. They have developed a life-long commitment to cultivate great friendships and to be of service in this wonderful area called the Northern Black Hills.
