Rick Furnish has been in the real estate business for almost 15 years. He prides himself in going the extra mile for his clients and maintaining the utmost integrity in all dealings. Rick is the managing broker/owner of Landmark Realty & Development and is active in the local board of realtors. He is a past president of the association, has served on various committees throughout the years, and was also chosen as the NBHAOR Realtor of the Year in 1996. Currently he is enjoying being a part of “Realtors for Kids,” a program in which the realtors of the Northern Black Hills raise funds to assist children in need in our area.

Vic Uttke is a licensed realtor for over 30 years, first in Montana and then in South Dakota. He is experienced in both residential and commercial sales and development of real estate properties. His background in banking and as a registered investment advisor add to his expertise. Since 1994, Vic and his wife Ethelyn have lived in Spearfish, where both have been active in the community.Vic is currently involved as a member and/or director of the Kiwanis, The Spearfish Community Foundation, the Salvation Army, Youthwise and Our Saviors Lutheran Church. Making friends and helping clients find the right property is what keeps Vic in the business of real estate.

Jim Boke has been a licensed realtor for 8 years. He is a past president of the Northern Black Hills Board of Realtors and has served on various committees of the association.

He is a native South Dakotan, having been born in Rapid City, and growing up on a ranch near Faith.  He was a practicing veterinarian for 30 years, 26 of those from 1976 to 1999 in Spearfish. He served 8 years on the South Dakota Veterinary Medicine Examining Board. He has extensive experience in the ranching industry, managing ranch operations which raised commercial and registered cattle on the home ranch at Faith.  He served over 10 years on the bank board of directors of the Farmers State Bank of Faith. He is a past president and was an active member of the Spearfish Kiwanis Club for over 25 years.

The process of looking at land and property, and finding its potential for current and future enjoyment has become a passion of his since selling his veterinary practice.  One aspect of this is to help people find an existing home, or find the right lot to design that “perfect” home.

His wife, two sons , two daughters, their spouses, his grandchildren, as well as his extended church family and friends are the motivating purpose in his life. His goal is to strengthen and leave a legacy of rewarding relationships between all those with whom he comes into contact.
